People are going to start buying homes again and going to start re-financing again.  The tip today is this.  If you are going to re-finance or do anything, I would suggest that you get a fixed rate loan.  Do not do an ARM (adjustable rate mortgage) or anything like that.  Right now you can get a 30 year fixed rate mortgage for under 5%.  That is so strong.]]></description>
